Most flexible packaging is bought as film on the reel. We source mono-material films and multi-layer laminates to your existing structure or develop an equivalent, including barrier structures matched to your product and shelf life.

- 04Barrier requirement or target shelf life
- 05Print specification or artwork
- 06Quantity and unit (kg, metres or reels)

Before we propose an alternative
What we check before proposing an alternative.
- 01Seal performance on your equipment matters as much as the laminate structure. We ask for machine details at the start.
- 02Changing the structure (for recyclability, for example) needs a line trial before it goes into commercial supply.
- 03Where cylinders or plates already exist, we'll tell you whether they can be transferred or need to be remade.
- 04Barrier needs measured data: we ask manufacturers for oxygen and moisture transmission figures at stated conditions before anything goes to trial.
