This notice explains how Winnington Packaging Ltd (“Winnington”, “we”) uses personal information collected through this website. Winnington Packaging Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 14162166, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, role, company, email and telephone. Information about your packaging requirement, including specifications, files and any commercial information you choose to share.

How we use it

To assess your packaging requirement and respond to your enquiry (our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract). To brief manufacturing partners on the technical requirement. We don’t identify your company to manufacturers without your agreement. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives and stores the forms you send us on our behalf and screens them automatically for spam. Files you attach are kept in private storage with Netlify and can be downloaded only by Winnington staff. Netlify is based in the United States, so this information may be processed outside the UK. Our email is provided by Zoho. We use service providers under contractual terms that require them to protect your information. Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Manufacturing partners receive technical information only, as described above.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and normally no longer than two years unless we go on to work together. Form submissions are removed from the form service once they are no longer needed there.

Keeping it secure

The website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to the Winnington team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send information you are not permitted to share.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to its use or ask us to restrict it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
