Shrink Bags
Shrink bags tighten around the product after vacuum sealing, giving a close-fitting pack with good presentation and abuse resistance. We specify them around your product, shrink process and handling conditions.
Typical formats
- Barrier shrink bags
- Bone-guard and high-abuse bags
- Cook-in shrink bags
- Printed shrink bags
Typical structures
- Multi-layer co-extrusions with EVOH or PVdC barrier
- PE / PA / EVOH shrink structures
To assess your requirement we need
- 01Width × length (mm), stating the open end
- 02Thickness (µm)
- 03Product, including bone-in or irregular shapes
- 04Shrink process (hot water dip or hot air tunnel)
- 05Quantity per size (pieces)
Don’t have all of this? Send what you have and we’ll ask for the rest.
Before we propose an alternative
What we check before proposing an alternative.
- 01Puncture and abuse resistance must be part of any equivalence check, especially for bone-in cuts.
- 02Shrink performance depends on your tunnel or tank temperature. We trial at your conditions, not the data sheet's.
